Pretty and quirky place to stay with great food. Attentive and efficient staff and altogether a pleasant experience. Perfect position in a great area, in the residential area.
Wi-Fi was bad.

It was a charming old hotel for a trip to London. The local staff were very friendly. I took a well decorated room with toilet in another and tasteless furnishing plus garden. Excellent and comfortable location in the center of London, met needs.

Steve
Fantastic and enjoyable options for breakfast with fresh fruit too, toast, honey.

Extremely helpful and very friendly staff, it was enjoyable stay.
We enjoyed this quaint hotel; its wonderful breakfasts, beautifully decorated rooms. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, 25 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable. There were a market and a great bakery around the venue. Good restaurant provided Indian dishes.

Recommend as a superb place to stay. The staff are attentive and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. It is a Victorian building, the rooms are tastefully decorated and luxury in a nostalgic design. The hotel is in an unbeatable and lovely location, walk from a bus stop. A restaurant is about 300 metres from here. Overall fab food, plus there is The Prince Edward close by.

Beautiful old and absolutely gorgeous hotel, perfect for us.
Really enjoyed a decent size bathroom and a microwave, a sofa bed, and central heating in our triple room. The hotel was in a very central setting close to famous Portobello market. There was The Prince Edward, located nearby, where we relaxed.
